About the role:
Our Chief Games Office (CGO) is looking for an Executive Assistant!
This will be a varied and exciting role that requires highly developed administration, organisation, and project management skills. You will work effectively as part of a hybrid remote team, delivering a first-class administrative service to the CGO, whilst also participating and leading on a variety of related projects as required.
This position is a full-time, 12-month temporary contract, ideally starting 20/3/2023.
The position is hybrid remote working 2-3 days per week from our office in Woking, UK. The office is located within walking distance of the Woking train station and parking space is available.

Responsibilities:
As the Executive Assistant for our CGO you will be the first point of contact for any e-correspondence and phone calls coming their way, as well as liaising with employees, suppliers, and clients on their behalf. You will manage and keep track of their calendars, where you will organise their meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries, as well as provide reminders of important tasks and deadlines.
You will prepare for meetings by compiling/preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence; during meetings you will take and distribute notes.
Managing and participating in a variety of projects which may include research and event coordination is also a part of the job as is a variety of administrative tasks such as managing databases and filing systems, collating and filing expenses, and organising some personal commitments.
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you need advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as excellent verbal and written communication and organisational skills. We believe that you are a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently with a variety of people across our organisation. Detailed and high-quality work is important to you, as is meeting your deadlines, and you have the ability, confidence and determination to consolidate learning and develop in the role, under our guidance.
As you will be handling sensitive and confidential information regularly, discretion and confidentiality are key, as is the ability to work well with others seeing as you will be in contact with many different people both internally and externally. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, so you have to be flexible and open to change as well as able to remain calm and patient. It is also important to us that you are willing to work within Thunderful’s key values and that you contribute to the company culture.
