About us
Welcome to Karlshamn, also known as “Sunny Karlshamn” and also known as The Station! They've been around since 2013 and have since then, and forever will, always eat weekly breakfasts together. Other than being amazing 15 game developers, they also take pride in celebrating every single pastry day there is to celebrate. They joined Thunderful in late 2020. They’re also the leading Thunderful champions of both exercising and Smash tournaments.

Location
Karlshamn is our second-most southern office, overlooking the ocean and gorgeousness of Blekinge. Karlshamn is a small and pretty town with lots of second hand stores and local businesses with a cozyness level of over 9000. They're surrounded by tons of islands and amazing nature, and during the summer you can visit our fantastic archipelago by boat.

Have you ever joined Sackboy on his adventures? If so, there's a big chance you've seen The Station's visual artistry in motion! The team could pretty much recite every Sackboy and Sackgirl costume – partly because they’re all LBP fans and partly because they’ve at this point made the vast majority of them.

For me it was a huge step to quit my job that I really liked and move from Stockholm to a smaller, but growth oriented company in Karlshamn. I think that there is so much going on in the game industry right now and it is the right place to be. And I really think that The Station is doing an impact on the way we will look at games in the future.

The best thing about The Station are its people. We come from different backgrounds, but we share the value of accepting and caring about each other. The next best thing is the size of the company which creates opportunity for varied tasks and room for self improvement as well as teamwork. These are reasons why working here is one of the best life decisions I have made
